IF YOU NEED A WEEKDAY CLASS, CONTACT US....WE WILL WORK WITH YOU TO GET A DATE!!!
The classroom portion of the course begins at 6:00 pm and ends at 10:00 pm on scheduled Fridays.
We return Saturday or Sunday mornings at 7 am for a review and a written test. You must score 80% or better on the written test. After the written test has been graded, everyone will drive to the riding range on Ellis Avenue (less than a mile from the classroom).
While on the riding range, every participant will need to wear:
helmet with face shield or safety goggles, long sleeve shirt or jacket, gloves, sturdy long pants (no sweat, exercise, or jogging pants), and over the ankle boots made of sturdy material and rubber soles (no UGGS or cloth shoes)We will remain on the range for the remainder of the day minus the lunch break. The same is for Sunday.
We have decreased our class sizes because it gives us the opportunity to provide more individual attention. This means we teach a small group on Saturday and another group on Sunday. The riding date is determined by registration completion date. That is why we suggest that those interested in the course, complete registration early.
The classroom portion is held at our office located at 931 Hwy 80 W Ste 2C-38 (Jackson Enterprise Center) in Jackson.
We train on 250 cc Kawasaki Ninjas, Yamaha Virago, and Honda Rebels and have loaner helmets and gloves available, if needed.
Also remember that the course is first register, first serve. This means that those who complete registration first are given first opportunity for their course date selection.
March thru September are our busiest months, so we suggest that you register early to get the course date you want!!!
WE SIMPLY ASK THAT YOU BRING A POSITIVE ATTITUDE & A WILLINGNESS TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS!!! If you bring those two things...it will make it so much easier to learn to ride a motorcycle SAFELY!!!
